Refund and Returns Policy

Returns on Eligible Items: We will accept returns on eligible non-perishable, non-cannabis items within 14 days of the purchase date, provided that the product is in its original, unopened, and unused condition. To be eligible for a return, your item must also be accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

No Returns on Perishable Items or Opened Cannabis Products: Due to strict regulations and the nature of these products, we cannot accept returns on cannabis products or perishable items. All sales of these items are final.

No Returns on Smoking Devices: For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns on any smoking devices, including but not limited to pipes, bongs, vaporizers, and rolling papers. All sales of smoking devices are final.

Faulty Products: If you have received a faulty product, please contact us immediately. We will replace the item or issue a refund for the product if it is found to be defective. To process the return or exchange, the faulty product must be returned within the 14-day return window and accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase.`
